By engaging with Voltex by telephone, you acknowledge and agree that your calls may be monitored and/or recorded for training, quality assurance, and compliance purposes. Any recordings are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant Australian & New Zealand privacy and telecommunications laws. If you do not wish to have your call recorded, please notify our team member at the beginning of the call.
When you communicate with Voltex by telephone, we may record or monitor the call for training, quality assurance, and compliance purposes.
