From one wall switch, the user turns both the lights and the fan on. When the lights are manually turned off from the switch, the fan continues to run for the set off time delay, then turns off automatically

No Neutral connection required at the timer
Designed to be installed behind a wall plate (wall plate not supplied with the timer)
Fan continues to eliminate steam and odour after turning the lights off and leaving the bathroom
