Voltex Electrical Accessories ("Voltex Electrical", “we", "us" or "our") supplies electrical and data products directly to licensed electrical contractors across Australia. We operate an online platform through which account-holding customers can access our range of products, supported by personal service and direct distribution from our warehouses. For payment transactions, Voltex Electrical uses industry standard security measures to protect payment information. Payment data transmitted through our Platform is encrypted using secure technologies, including Secure Sockets Layer and HTTPS encryption protocols. For mobile application transactions, we also use RSA encryption to provide an additional layer of security during the transmission of payment information. Customers may choose to save payment card details for future purchases. Where this feature is used, full payment card details are stored by our third-party payment processor, eWAY.
If we hold Personal Information about you, you can request access to that information by putting the request in writing and sending it to the Privacy Officer. We will respond to any request within a reasonable period.
